From now on, every month on HomeCooking Share , a regular user artist will be presented, put forward. In addition to his music, which can be found everywhere on the site, this is an opportunity to get to know each other better! For this eight episode, focus on leloopar

HomeCookingShare: To begin, who are you?

leloopar: [le] [loop] [art]: Kick Distributor.

HCS: How would you define your music?

leloopar: Layers with a wide array of sound synthesis to form grooves.

HCS: What made you decide one day to embark on this musical adventure?

leloopar: It was not a decision, it was meant to be.

HCS: Your influences?

leloopar: No particular order : Aphex Twins, Derrick May, Bobby Byrd, Alexander Robonik, Patrick Cowley, Steve "silk" Hurley, George Clinton, Blawan, Yello, Grace Jones, LCD Soundsystem, Blondie, Super Cat, Manuel Gottsching, L'Affaire Louis' Trio, Public Enemy, Nitzer ebb, Divine, Trevor Horn, Blake Baxter, Todd Terry, Human League, Anne Clarke, Adult, Cerrone, Anthony Rother, Dave Clarke, Depeche Mode, Ellen Alien, Gary Numan, Jeff Mills, Legowelt, David Harrow, Falco, I-F, Kraftwerk, Fingers Inc, David Bowie, Liaisons Dangereuses, Lil Louis, Man Parrish, Afrika Bambaataa, Chep Nuñez, Prodigy, Third World, Tears for fears, DAF, Swayzak, Sven Vath, John "Jellybean" Benitez, Telex, Masters at work, Ralphi Rosario, Giorgio Moroder, Terrence Fixmer, Thomas Brinkmann, New Order, Marshall Jefferson, Kevin Saunderson... and many many more.

HCS: The perfect track to cook?

leloopar: "Kitchen motors" by Crash course in science.

HCS: Small technical point: with what material do you work?

leloopar: I use to have a lot of hardware but now it's mostly my laptop, I'm thinking about circuit bending two of my controllers but I didn't have time to do it yet. I'm thinking about my next live setup, it's not done yet.

HCS: Not easy to break into the musical jungle, even with talent ... what do you think about it?

leloopar: It is like happiness, it is not a goal but the journey to get there that counts.

HCS: And finally, if you have something to add (pretty much what you want ...), here we go!

leloopar: I wish to find more artists to collaborate with. Finding new ways to play music and have a kick ass sound system all by myself... oh sh#!T That was a secret!
